Associated Forms, an Accela feature available to anyone, is a tool to assist citizens with application requirements. This feature allows agencies to set requirements and assist customers online to streamline applications and allos for the auto creation of one or multiple records based on the single intake form. In this session, attendees will learn how Associated Forms are created and associated with other record types. The session will start with common use cases and examples of how this feature has been used. Session presenters will then walk through the related development and configuration components within Accela.
