- 01Overview: Lead a team of 5-7 Workday HRIS professionals. Strong experience in the Compensation module and have configuration experience. Work hand in hand with IT and manage all of the implementations and enhancements in Workday. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the core Workday HRIS/HCM system. Manage a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with business leaders to drive the continuous enhancement of Workday functionality, ensuring the Workday HRIS/HCM system supports business processes and operational growth. Provide leadership in optimizing the Workday HRIS/HCM system, make strategic recommendations to ensure smooth integration across HR functions to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee the management and resolution of queries and transactions related to core HR processes across all HR systems, including Workday and timekeeping systems. Direct the recommendation, implementation, and optimization of Workday functionality, including system configuration, project planning, and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure success. Ensure all changes and enhancements are well-documented, following best practices for version control and naming conventions. Supervise the development and maintenance of advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business decision-making. Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity. Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve them. Lead large-scale Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Act as the key point of contact for Workday system administration and optimization, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals. Ensure that all work streams across HR (payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence, benefits) are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are addressed. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in HR systems and provide strategic guidance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems. Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related area of focus, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects. Experience with SDLC Project methodologies, including data mapping, writing test plans, and managing testing processes. Proficiency in Workday, strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting. Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution. Deep understanding of Workday's capabilities. Experience guiding a team through complex system implementations and optimizations. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including report writing and data analysis. Workday Payroll Certification, a plus. Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions, a plus.
- 02Position Summary: Enhance and support transactional database systems that serve multiple client implementations of the company’s software platform. In this position, you will ensure the company's data layer is scalable, secure, and high performing as well as work across teams to build, optimize and manage SQL logic for high throughput environments while integrating with legacy and modern systems to satisfy client needs. Responsibilities: Manage and evolve database components for multi-client architecture, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability. Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and triggers tailored to both shared and client-specific business logic. Optimize transactional queries and implement indexing strategies for high-volume client systems. Monitor and analyze performance using SQL Server Extended Events, Execution Plans, and other profiling tools. Utilize SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to develop, test, debug, and tune SQL logic. Collaborate with C# / VB.NET Software Engineers, QA, and Product Teams to deliver performant, testable, and reliable data solutions. Troubleshoot production issues across environments and provide timely resolutions with root cause analysis. Qualifications: 7 years of experience in SQL development with a focus on high volume SQL Server-based systems. Expertise with T-SQL (SQL Server) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Strong experience working with multi-tenant or client-specific database implementations. Analyze and optimize queries using execution plans, indexes, and Extended Events. Proficiency in PowerShell, or other scripting languages used in automation. Familiarity working with C# and VB.NET development languages. Familiarity integrating AI tools within development and support environments. Preferred experience: Exposure to cloud-hosted SQL environments (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS). Preferred experience: Familiarity with SQL Server Agent, scheduled jobs, and automation via SSIS or PowerShell.

Incorporate business needs into the Accela Civic Applications implementation design. Document required configurations, scripting, reports and processes using Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint. Create project schedules and maintain project status reports utilizing Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Project. Manage project milestones and resource needs. Qualifications: 2 years leading discovery sessions for Accela Civic Applications or similar government permitting, licensing or planning SaaS software packages. 5 years managing projects with project timelines of 9 months or more. Strong technical skills and a base understanding of technical concepts. Experience with Microsoft project management and documentation software which include SharePoint, Excel, Word, Planner; Microsoft Project – helpful) Training Accela end-users. Strong client-facing skills. Previous experience working as a consultant. Demonstrated history of working in Government Administration Industry or related. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Project Management skills. Completed College degree. Perform configuration in Accela Civic Applications (desired / helpful to have). Software training experience (desired / helpful to have).
- 04Responsibilities: Reporting - Understand the Accela schema, write SQL queries and develop reports using Power BI and SSRS. Data Conversion - Utilize Accela's conversion tool to migrate SQL-based data from other systems to Accela. Provide proper mapping documentation and work with clients to ensure data is transferred to the proper configurations. Skills and Experience: 5 years experience in report development / report writing or similar database development Experience building reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI Experience writing SQL queries SQL Scripting – SQL Server Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Knowledge of SQL Server 2022 GitHub or other similar repository software. - 06Responsibilities: Deliver instructions on module-specific training materials (trainer guide, user guide, and How-Tos) based on information provided by Curriculum Developers, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Subject Matter Experts, and the developed system. Learn multiple module-based training curricula and deliver it in a classroom setting on a newly designed system. Skills / Experience / Requirements: Deliver training to select locations within New Mexico, (when needed) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom setting training environment, preferably technology or software. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to deliver training throughout the state of New Mexico, as needed. Microsoft PowerPoint experience and experience incorporating Microsoft Word docs for how-to guides. Demonstrated experience in learning styles, participatory methods, and instructional design. Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and practice. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to lead / facilitate meetings, provide demos for training. Any knowledge of working in M365 and SharePoint for document hosting (helpful).
