All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing. Conference cancellations received by April 21 are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations or no-shows after April 21, are liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions and cancellations should be made by fax (636) 537-2666.

Hotel Information
Hotel reservations should be made by April 21, 2008. The event hotel room rate of $144/night is guaranteed from May 21-23. Reservations made prior to the event date are not part of the reserved block of rooms and cannot be guaranteed availability. Hotel shuttle service from the St. Louis Lambert Airport and to local attractions will be available.
